I tried for dinner last night fish curry, adapted from Spice and Curry. This is a flavorful dish, It actually reminded me of Thai curry because it had sweet and spicy combinations.

The hassle free chicken was so tasty, I let it cook for a very long time and it seems the longer it cooked the more tender the meat got. Thank you very much for that one! I unfortunately didn't get a picture of it quick enough before we found it all gone. I will have to make it again soon and link it up here. :)
