Smothered Steak Burger With Zucchini Fries
I found this burger recipe in Cooking light and wanted to give it a try, though I enjoyed the mushroom sauce and all, I think the meat I purchased was not up to par, I feel like if I used ground sirloin as instructed in the recipe I would've liked the results better so I shall try this one again soon. I found a great side with my burger, some yummy and really easy to make zucchini fries that I came across on Retorte's site. Love them! I plan on making these more often as a great side dish with just about anything.
