I made a coconut tartlett with mascarpone cream and mango topping. Damn good.... The recipe was adapted from Addicted Sweet Tooth, my goodness was I glad to stumble on this tasty treat.

My husband and I fought over the crumbs. He complained about the carb count and said he was just going to have the coconut shell with mango slices, I leave the room for a second and come back to find the mixer bowl licked clean. by the way I thought you used some kind of mango creme topping, how did you manage to cut your mango slices so nicely? Is there a special gadget I don't know about? Thanks for this, I love it.
