Beer Battered Fish and Chips

I love fish and chips and love it even more that they are so easy to make. There's two things I've come to learn about Fish and Chips that I have made so many times in the passed, one that you need Halibut fish to make them the ultimate tasting fish and two that you use a really nice dark heavy beer in the batter like Samuel Adams. With that being said, I introduce you my favorite fish and chips recipe. I can't find the link to this, I grabbed it from Gourmet Magazine May of 2006.
