Recipe Adapted from Rachael Ray, this sweet tasty recipe put a smile on my little one's face. It also tastes very good if you add 2 TB of Red pepper flakes. The first time I had tasted lettuce wraps was at PF Chang's, it's on their appetizer section of the menu and I just loved the dish. That got me thinking lately about healthy ideas for cooking. I caught an episode of Rachael Ray's version and thought I'd give it a try. These are so good that my husband cleared the pan.
