I grew up on BBQ Chicken with Corn on a Cobb. There are many similar recipes out there for BBQ Sauce the only difference for me is I like to add pancetta, garlic along with cayenne and paprika spice to slow cook in it, I love Tyler Florence's version of BBQ Sauce . It gives it a nice smoky flavor to the sauce. The corn on the cob I love with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
